By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.

Ordering and payment

• Orders are only confirmed and sent to the kitchen once your payment reference has been verified against our bank's own payment confirmation. This exists to prevent fake or unpaid orders, not to inconvenience genuine customers.
• Entering a payment reference that doesn't match a real, unused payment will cause your order to be rejected. Repeated attempts to place orders with invalid or reused payment references may result in being blocked from ordering.
• Prices shown are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change without prior notice, though the price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay.

Availability

We do our best to keep the menu accurate, but item availability can change quickly during busy periods. If an item you paid for turns out to be unavailable, see our Refund Policy for how that's handled.

Pickup and dine-in

For pickup orders, please arrive within a reasonable time of your order being marked ready. For dine-in orders, please be seated at your table so staff can serve you once ready.

Acceptable use

This ordering system is intended for genuine food orders only. Attempting to place fraudulent orders, submit fake payment references, or abuse the system in any way is not permitted and may result in the order being cancelled and future access being restricted.

Limitation of liability

We aim to fulfill every order accurately, but we're a small local business, not a large chain. Our liability for any order issue is limited to the value of that order, refunded or replaced per our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
