• Your name, as you type it at checkout, used to identify your order for pickup or table service.
• Your email address, only if you choose to enter one and check the box asking to be notified when your order is ready.
• Your order details, items, sizes, quantities, and total amount.
• The payment reference number you enter to confirm your payment. We do not collect your bank account number, card number, or any other financial account details, only the reference number your bank or e-wallet gives you after paying.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party advertising or analytics scripts on this site.

Why we collect it

• To prepare and fulfill your order correctly.
• To confirm your payment actually went through before your order is prepared, which protects both you and us from fraudulent or mistaken orders.
• To send you an email letting you know your order is ready, only if you opted in to this.
• To generate basic sales reports (totals, best-selling items) for running the business. These reports never show your name or contact details, only aggregated numbers.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. A small number of service providers help us operate:

• Our email provider (Gmail), used only to send you the "order ready" notification if you opted in.
• An internal automation tool we use to match payment references against our bank's confirmation emails. This tool never sees your name, email, or order contents, only the reference number and amount.

How long we keep it

Order records, including the name and email tied to them, are kept for our own accounting and customer service purposes. If you'd like your personal details removed from past orders, contact us using the details below and we'll process that request.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it's wrong, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these, just reach out to us directly.
